Exchange Request
Due to the custom nature of our business, we are not able to accept returns, but we're happy to offer an exchange program.
Exchanges are separate from your original order.
Your school or team's store doesn't process exchanges. We take care of them directly.
How it works:
- Fill out the form. (You'll need your original order number)
- Tell us how you'll get your items to us, and how you want your new items back.
- Print the exchange slip created for your request. (We can't process the exchange without it)
- Mail or drop off your items with that slip.
- We will process your exchange, and once your new items are ready, we will mail them, or contact you that they are ready for pickup.
⚠️ NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES CAN BE PROCESSED WHILE YOU WAIT
Just like your original order, we need time to make your new items.
