Due to the nature of the industry, garments, and equipment, there can be occasional defects, such as a misprint or sensitivity to heat or other issues as, poor item quality, fabric inconsistencies and more.

We do carefully consider each job and the garments.

If we do have a problem we only reimburse up to $10.00 maximum per item and $100.00 maximum total.

We may choose not to personalize some items based on quality or hard to handle or high costly the item is.

Performance Fabrics! Dye Migration from Performance Fabrics, 100% Polyester, we do not offer any refund or replacements. That is because we use correct printing procedures, lower dryer temperatures and special poly dye blockers. Any dye migration issues that occur are due to poor garment quality. You do get what you pay for with 100% polyester garments.

We can assemble a design from images you supply and add text, which will cost $15.00 for Orders under 12 pcs.
We can also Create a Design for you, quoted per design. Minimum $20. No Charge for Orders over $200.00

PRINT COLORS: We can print up to 5 Colors.

INK COLORS: We have Stock Ink Colors. Pantone PMS Special Ink Colors are $40 each color.

LIGHT COLOR GARMENTS: Choose any Ink Color.

DARK COLOR GARMENTS: White ink is included in the price as the first ink color printed. Each Additional Ink Color is an extra charge. - Why? White ink is needed to be printed first and then the other color(s) on top of white. This stops the dye of the shirt from bleeding into the ink.

POLYESTER PERFORMANCE FABRICS: Poly-White ink is included in the price as the first ink color printed. Each Additional Ink Color is an extra charge.

ARTWORK & DESIGN: We include some reasonable art time in our prices. That means we can 'Assemble' Text and Clip Art into a design.
It does not include recreating poor .jpg images or poor artwork. -
DESIGN: If you need a Design created from scratch we can quote you a reasonable Art Charge, based on your order size.
Minimum Charge is $30.00. -

Screenprinting ink has a slight sheen and is durable for years. Pricing is based on 'Per Ink Color' printed and is a 12 pc minimum. We can screenprint 1-5 colors.
Direct To Garment offers One or Full Color Printing for as few as ONE piece! It has a Matte Finish and has Care Instructions below.
WHAT GARMENTS DO WE PRINT ON?
• 100% Cotton for Best Results. • 50/50 blends are good to but colors may not be quite as good.
WHAT GARMENTS DON'T WE PRINT ON?
• 100% Polyester Performance apparel or Nylon.
• Pro Team jerseys.
• Tank tops that have spaghetti straps or ribbed fabric. No Ribbed knit fabrics (they stretch).
ARTWORK INFORMATION
• Prices include artwork from a prepared Ready-To-Print file. We prep the file for printing.
• If you need Art done or added to your file/image, we can quote it.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
No Bleach. Be cautious of what your detergent's ingredients ("Whiteners" or "Brighteners"). Wash in Cold Water and Cool or Warm dryer. Do not iron over the printed area.
