Please consider this policy prior to placing your order: Problems are rare, but they can still happen, Here's why....​

• Due to the nature of the industry, garments, and equipment, there can be occasional defects, such as a misprint or sensitivity to heat or other issues as, poor item quality, fabric inconsistencies and more.

• We do carefully consider each job and the garments.

• If we do have a problem, we only reimburse up to $10.00 maximum per item and $100.00 maximum total. 

• We may choose not to personalize items.

• Performance Fabrics! Dye Migration on Performance Fabrics, 100% Polyester, we do not offer any refund or replacements. The reason is because we use correct printing procedures, lower dryer temperatures and special poly dye blockers, therefore any dye migration issues that occur are due to poor garment quality. Garments are made in many countries and quality varies.

• We DO NOT accept Supplied Goods that have a value of over $50 each .
